Join us in a space where somatics meets art-making!

Connect to Create classes invite the body into deep play. Designed to regulate your nervous system, nourish your creative individuality, and build a creative community, we value presence over preparation, court kinesthetic delight, and invite the opening of our senses and perceptions. We practice on-the-spot generosity with ourselves and others. Each class offers space for guided somatic exploration and allows ample time for integration into your specific yoga, or creative practice. Each month focuses on a different theme and an optional post-class dialogue.
